These terms govern your use of www.avenenergy.com and our brokerage services. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them.

Who we are

Aven Energy LLC is an energy broker registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, broker registration BR260133. We are not an electric utility and not a retail electric provider. We arrange competitive offers from licensed suppliers on your behalf.

Our service is free to you

You pay us nothing. When you enroll in a plan we arrange, the supplier pays us a commission that is built into the supplier's rate. The rate you see is the rate you pay.

Quotes and savings

Rates and estimated savings depend on market conditions, your usage, and supplier terms. Quotes are informational until you sign a supplier agreement, and past savings do not guarantee future results.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, and you confirm you are authorized to request pricing for the account you submit. Your supplier agreement is between you and the supplier; review its terms before signing.

Limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aven Energy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from supplier agreements you enter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions go to contact@avenenergy.com or (512) 855-7945.

Illustrative numbers. Savings figures shown in our calculators and examples are illustrative only and are labeled as such. Your real numbers come from live supplier offers on your actual usage.

Your authorization. If you sign a letter of authorization, it lets us pull your usage history and request pricing on your behalf. You can revoke it in writing at any time, and it never obligates you to accept any offer.

Where we operate. We arrange offers only where we are licensed or registered to do so. Availability depends on your state and utility territory.

Billing. Aven Energy never bills you, never charges your card, and has no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Any bill you receive comes from your chosen supplier or utility.
